Die USA verlegen mehr Soldaten nach Polen. Möglicherweise werden im Gegenzug Soldaten aus Deutschland abgezogen. Frühere US-Überlegungen, die Truppenzahl in Polen zu erhöhen, bezeichnete Russland als Verletztung des Nato-Russland-Abkommens von 1997 (SZ 25.9.19).
